Quilted ear flap hat with fleece lining and chin straps

Description

Quilted winter hat with a short peak and fold-down ear flaps. The lining is a soft, curly fleece-style pile that also covers the ear flaps. Two adjustable straps with plastic buckles hold the flaps in place under the chin, or let them hang loose. A small woven patch sits on the side of the crown.
